Brisbane Airport is situated 12 Klms. East of Brisbane city in the state of Queensland. The airport is 180 klms. North of Byron Bay which is situated in the state of New South Wales.
During the summer months between the beginning of October and the end of March, New South Wales moves the clocks forward by one hour for Daylight Saving Time. In Queensland there is no change, so the result is that journeys appear to take less time going Nothbound to the time taken to travel Southbound. All times quoted on this web site are local time and take account of the differences between the states.
Brisbane Airport has two terminals, one for International departures and arrivals and another for Domestic arrivals and departures. When making bookings on this web site, please be careful to select the correct terminal for pick ups.
When you receive your confirmation of a booking you will also receive an attachment with a plan of the airport indicating where the bus pick up points are. See also the links below.
The meeting points at the domestic and international terminals may be found by viewing the airport terminal guides in the two links as follows - Brisbane International Airport and Brisbane Domestic Airport.
Please ensure you have allowed sufficient time to check-in when you get to the airport. We recommend you allow one hour for domestic services and two hours for international flights.
Use our email link if you have any specific requirements or have a need to make a group booking.
Check-in is located on Level 4 of the International terminal for all airlines. The check-in is generally open 3 hours before your flight time. Please make sure you allow extra time for the current security measure in place.
Once you check, proceed though to the Immigration and Security screening, this will take at least 20 mins. Aircraft boarding is approximately 40 minutes prior to the departure time. We recommend to get to the airport at least 2 hours prior to your departure time.
There is Duty Free and retail stores located on level and bars, shops and cafes on Level 4 prior to screening, so you can enjoy some time with anyone that does not hold a boarding pass.
