Please ensure you allow sufficient time to check-in when you get to the airport. We recommend at least  allow one hour for DOMESTIC and two hours for INTERNATIONAL flights.

Brisbane International Airport Information

Check In Information

Check-in is located on Level 4 of the International terminal for all airlines. Check-in is usually open three  hours before the flight departure time. Please make sure you allow extra time for any current security measure that may be in place.

Once you check in proceed to Immigration and Security screening, this will take at least 20 minutes. Aircraft boarding is approximately 40 minutes prior to the departure time. We recommend  you arrive at least two hours prior to your departure time, to compelete check in and immigration formalities.

Airline Safety

The following items cannot be taken on board aircraft:
Any sharp implement, liquids, lighter fluid, gas cartridges and refills, acid, mercury, paint, firearms (including toy guns) , ammunition, knives, explosives, other weapons. Please contact your airline if you have any addition queries on airline safety.
